Mushroom Quiche

I adore anything you can whip up and serve for breakfast, lunch OR dinner. Luisa’s Mushroom Quiche fits this bill perfectly with its rich, dense, cheesy deliciousness set off by the slightly sweet, flaky crust.

She makes individual quiches for her catering business, but this recipe also makes a beautiful quiche in a deep-dish pie or springform pan. Simply adjust the cooking time accordingly. And share with your loved ones. They’ll thank you!
