We
can’t get enough of the Cheese Puffs from Luisa’s Catering. They are steamy,
fluffy, cheesy nuggets of pure heaven. I would highly recommend doubling or
tripling the recipe if you are making these for more than one person. They are
the perfect amuse-bouche for any gathering – simply serve with champagne or a
crisp, chilled white wine. If you are fortunate enough to live in Southern Maryland,
might I recommend the Vidal Blanc from Port of Leonardtown Winery. I discovered
this gem last week at a local Farmers Market and recommend it highly!
