Salmon en Croute

We’re starting off our week of Luisa’s dishes (of Luisa's Catering in San Carlos, CA) with the recipe my husband dubbed, “The Wow Factor.”

Basil cream and garlicky sautéed spinach infuse the salmon with layer upon layer of flavor, all sealed together and baked in a buttery, flaky crust. This dish is so versatile and gorgeous – serve it for brunch alongside a salad or to company for a fancy weekend dinner. However you plan to enjoy this salmon, be sure you make it soon!
