cooler weather has me craving comfort food. I made this amazing pasta dish for
my father early this spring. The complexity of flavor these simple ingredients
evoke is startling – it’s about as decadent a meal as I have ever tasted.
This comes together quickly and is perfect for a last-minute weeknight meal as
all the ingredients should be readily available in your pantry/fridge/freezer.
And don’t be afraid to serve this for company either – the saffron makes this a
